The Palms Caravan Park is the leading caravan park in Hervey Bay and a great place to base your fraser coast holiday from. You guessed it, that’s where we’re from.

And yes it is true, this is not our main website - our main website is at www.palmsherveybay.com.au. We started this blog because, well, there’s so much to see, do and therefore say about the local Hervey Bay area that we wanted an outlet to do so that wouldn’t clutter up the specific information about our park. Our aim is to use this blog to write about local events and provide up to date information that is not normally the kind of information you might find on our park website. There’s plenty to comment on when you live in an area with a wider range of attractions than virtually anywhere else in Australia!

Oh, and it would be remiss for us not to say, if you plan to stay in our pak bring your doggy along. Ours is the most pet friendly accommodation in the southern hemisphere. Ok, so that might be a tall order, but if you could look at all the smiles on the doggies dials in the park you’d probably agree! In any case, pets are as welcome as you are.
